Youth Wellness Coaching

Youth Wellness Coaching  provides one-on-one support for youth to find greater well-being and connect with a deep sense of purpose. It helps youth set objectives, overcome barriers and achieve results related to their mental, physical and spiritual wellness.

This unique program integrates the ancient wisdom teachings of mindfulness, meditation and yoga within the practice of life coaching. The approach is forward-looking and action-oriented, and focusses on empowering youth to become champions of their own well-being.   


This program is ideal for youth who:
  • Want to explore new ways to improve their mental, physical and spiritual health.
  • Are looking for increased meaning in their life, and a deeper sense of purpose.
  • Want to feel better in their body, mind and spirit.
  • Are interested in ancient wisdom teachings and how these can benefit them.
  • Are looking for support with their personal meditation, yoga or midfulness practice.

 MontreYouth Wellness Coaching is not therapy - it does not focus on past trauma, nor diagnosing or treating mental illness. Coaching places the accountability and trust in the clients inherent wisdom. It can be a good complement to traditional therapeutic approaches. Consult the following resource for more information on coaching.

Coaching sessions are typically between 30 minutes and an hour. The length of the commitment can vary from one-time to an ongoing partnership over many years. It all depends on the needs of the client.

Sessions can be conducted over phone or by videoconference, sometimes even by text. In person services are available in the vicinity of Montreal and Ottawa-Gatineau, Canada.
